All Citizens of the Republic:

With the end of the rescue and recover efforts we as a nation now begin the painful process of rebuilding. We ask that all volunteers report to either your local federal government or county government offices.
Within the next two weeks teams will be dispatched to refugee centers through out the Republic. These teams will have three major jobs:
1) Help relocate refugees back into their homes.
2) Assist in rebuilding efforts.
3) Assist in aid distribution.

Government contracts are being granted to help in the transshipment of supplies and personal.
We must never forget those that were lost, but the most fitting way to remember them is to see to it that we continue forward as a nation and as a people.
